How long does the delivery take?
This depends on where you live and how many orders we have to pack. Shipping within Germany takes 2-5 days. For shipments outside Germany and within the EU, delivery takes 5-14 working days.
How much does shipping cost?

How do I return my item(s)?
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the items you would like to return free of charge. We will then send you an e-mail in which you can choose between a return label to print out and a QR code to show to DHL. The return is also climate-neutral.
When can I not return items?
Costs for returns due to incorrect address or failure to collect the goods from the parcel shop on time must be borne by the customer, as we cannot accept any liability for third-party negligence. Reduced or damaged (through use) goods are excluded from return and exchange. This also applies to items tried on without underwear. If we receive goods after the 14 day period or damaged through use, we cannot accept the return.
Will I get my money back after I return the item?
Yes, after we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the item price. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of return shipping. We can only refund using the same payment method that was used to make the original purchase.
Can I exchange the item for another size?
No. After returning the item, we will refund the money and a new order will need to be placed. We have included a sizing chart with each item to help you estimate the fit.
Where are your items produced?
All our items are produced in Portugal or Italy.
How do you guarantee that your suppliers always act in a fair and sustainable way?
We only work with certified suppliers who are regularly inspected by independent bodies (e.g. GOTS). We also travel to the suppliers several times a year and visit the production sites to get an exact impression. We do not work with procurement agencies, but directly with the suppliers to keep the communication and supply chain short and transparent.
Are your products vegan?
Yes and no. We use animal fibres - not new ones, but recycled fibres. For this, overproduction and left-overs are shredded and spun into new yarn in a special recycling process. We only work with GRS-certified fibres to be able to guarantee sustainability here as well.
Are your products dyed with vegetable / non-toxic dyes?
No. A vegetable dye for textiles would mean that our products can only be washed in cold water and that they fade in sunlight. In addition, deep colours (e.g. deep black) cannot be achieved with vegetable dyes. Through the certification of the producers and yarns, however, we can guarantee that the use of chemical agents is capped and strictly controlled on a regular basis.
How else is sustainability taken into account?
For us, the issue of sustainability goes beyond the production of our designs. The goods are sent to you in a biodegradable and certified cardboard box and compostable bags in a climate-neutral way. More information can be found under production.
